Role

The Project Administrator reports to the Research Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Setup all new projects in accordance with established standards and guidelines
  • Performs internal and external research requests in a timely, thorough manner
  • Perform project archiving according to established best practices, including scanning, coding and plan placement, as necessary
  • Assist the GIS Manager as required which may include database entry or updates, etc
  • Helps maintain an organized filing system from project initiation through to project completion, for easy and reliable retrieval
  • Liaise with the Project Managers and other members of the IBW team
  • Contribute and be an active participant of the Research Team through meetings and day to day interactions
  • Provide Administrative Assistant support, including first point of contact with clients whether on the phone or in person
  • Assist in training new staff
  • Responsible for archiving and organizing records
  • Help develop and maintain complete and organized Research Team documentation, including the Research Team Intranet page
