Reporting to the Business Services Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being the first point of contact for clients and staff
  • Utilize your organizational skills by ensuring supplies are readily available and coordinating duties
  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and format documents
  • Support Accounts Receivable to process and update records
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • Contribute to a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Takes ownership of tasks and client correspondence
