Reporting to the Business Services Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by being the first point of contact for clients and staff
- Utilize your organizational skills by ensuring supplies are readily available and coordinating duties
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare and format documents
- Support Accounts Receivable to process and update records
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- Contribute to a team environment
- Ability to prioritize in a busy office environment
- Takes ownership of tasks and client correspondence
