Ivan B. Wallace O.L.S. Ltd. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Coutts & Flim Surveying – a firm with an impressive history in the Durham Region dating back to 1956. This will be the ninth survey firm to join the IBW ranks. Hugh Coutts, O.L.S. and his skilled staff will be joining the IBW compliment of skilled staff, allowing a smooth transition for all clients – old and new.
